Exchanges and returns are possible

Refund or exchange of goods is possible in the following cases:

• product defect (hole, stain)
• defect of the applied print: printed the wrong print, in the wrong place, wrong size (provided that the agreed size is clear in centimeters).

Exchanges and returns are not possible

We produce goods to order. Therefore, each product is individualized. T.S.P. cannot refund or exchange merchandise in the following cases:

• If you have the wrong size.
  There is a size chart on each product page, please use it when selecting your garment. Please note that the allowable error of knitwear is 2.5 cm. If you doubt the correctness of the chosen size, consult with our manager - if possible, he will help you.
• if “This is not how I imagined it...”
  Approach your order more carefully, consult our managers when choosing clothes and prints. If you have any questions, expectations or lack of understanding of the specifics of printing, be sure to voice them to the manager. If necessary, ask to send examples of works. • If a product is made and no longer needed.
  T.S.P., reserves the right not to make exchanges and refunds if the conditions do not match the items specified in the section “Exchanges and refunds possible”.
